Southshore Managed IT Group Office Closure

Due to an increase in cases, Southshore Managed IT Group is closing our offices until further notice.  We are monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely and are working to ensure we meet the needs of our customers as well as provide for the health and safety of our employees and those of our clients. We realize this health situation has already been disruptive to many businesses across the globe and wanted to share facts about what we’re doing to support both our customers and our employees.

We understand there may be concerns about the possible challenges created during this time. We are dedicated to providing our clients the best service possible, maintain our operations and ensure you receive the services you need in the event of any situation. One advantage of being a technology-based organization is our ability to remain available to clients remotely.

We feel that at this time, for the safety of our employees and those of our clients, that an office closure is required. Our team will be working from home and will continue to be accessible through email, ticket submission or by phone. It is important to understand that we will be limiting any on site visit to those of an emergency nature and projects that have already been scheduled.

We will also be working closely with our vendors and partners to make sure we have what is necessary to take care of our customers. Please be aware that, due to the recent health situation we are facing as a country, there could be significant delays in distribution of products and/or installation of projects.

Southshore believes strongly in providing a healthy work-life balance, and as a result, every employee has and does work remotely occasionally. Because our staff is experienced in remote work, they understand that the expectations for prompt communication and quality of work will not change. We pride ourselves on the fact that when our team works from home, our clients do not suffer.
