Customer Experience, NOT customer satisfaction.

Customer experience is turning out to be one of the highlights of my experience as the CEO of a service oriented company. Turning clients into fans has got to be one of the greatest thrills.

From the very first interaction with a representative from the company, you should get that warm fuzzy feeling, like they actually care about what you need. It doesn’t matter if you’re the receptionist, janitor, line cook, or president, each interaction should feel like you are the King of the Castle.

Does it stop with the personal interaction?

Absolutely not!

Customer experience can be seen in the design of every Apple product.
